Using the environmentally friendly hook-and-line fishing method called “Longlining” we deeply care about our environment and supply top quality inshore species for export. Having developed a public profile for quality and sustainability with top chefs and restaurants around the world, we understand the impact a lack of technology creates throughout the entire supply chain. My husband Dan Harvey is a self taught Chef who has not only built a reputation as a thought leader in our industry, but has been invited to cook alongside chefs in places like Switzerland, Singapore and the United States.
Combining our skills, we're on a mission to change the wasteful practices within the commercial fishing industry by partnering with some of New Zealand's most talented innovators to bring new and exciting products and systems to primary industries.
