Erika Harvey is a hands on learner and strategist who teaches companies the secrets to building sustainable and profitable businesses. In 2014, she left IT research and advisory firm, Gartner, to fully immerse herself in entrepreneurship after her daughter Piper was diagnosed with Autism.
Erika is currently the Head of Innovation for RED Line Fishing Ltd, a family owned Longline Fishing Company globally recognised for quality, sustainability, and innovation. She was also the Managing Director of InVenture until January 2021, a business advisory and consulting firm. Now, Erika has taken the lessons learned in advocacy and politics to put towards influencing positive change and working on a new venture Lobby for Good. A new way to give communities a voice on issues that matter to them most.

Erika is also the mother of a child who has autism and is an advocate for children, schools and families facing adversity.
